We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

-ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

-FINAL SALE ITEMS: swimwear, bralettes, bodysuits, athletic wear, and jewelry.

To be eligible for an exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

-CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST.

-For returns, ship your item to the address below.

- Once we receive your exchange, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your exchange.

-We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed a gift card.

Damages and issues

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
